All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.

Parcel

The parcel need to be signed for. So please track your parcel online timely. If the parcle was shipped fail ,it will be reutrned to us.If reshipping ,customer need to pay shipping fee again.And if you don't want reshipment ,you need to pay restocking fee ,and shipping fee can not be returned.

Notice:

1. The information needed for shipping includes your full name, address and phone number. Please be aware that we can only ship your wedding dress by ZIP CODE Address. While PO Boxes or similar addresses are not available for shipping.
2. We will ship your wedding dress within 5 working days after finishing packing. And the tracking numbers will be provided for you to track on the specific website by yourself.
3. If problems occur during the shipping of your wedding dress, we will contact you by email to explain the details.
4. We are not responsible for custom taxes, thus if your local customs or courier ask for taxes, you should pay by yourself.
